At the meeting, Chairman Li conducted an in-depth analysis of the company's recent in-depth research results in key domestic regional markets such as Hebei, Jiangsu, and Guangdong provinces. He emphasized that through face-to-face communications with distributors, terminal factories, and frontline sewing workers, the company has gained profound insights into the most authentic voices of the market. Clients not only focus on product functions and prices but also place unprecedented emphasis on the long-term stability, processing precision, and durability of the equipment.

Based on the research feedback, Chairman Li put forward clear and stringent requirements for internal quality control. He emphasized that Dollor must translate its business philosophy of "Born for Quality" from a slogan into an actionable guideline that runs through every link of R&D, procurement, production and inspection.

一、强化研发与市场的联动：技术团队需更紧密地对接市场反馈，将客户痛点作为产品迭代和技术攻关的起点。确保每一款新品都精准解决用户难题。
Strengthen the linkage between R&D and the market: The technical team shall establish closer alignment with market feedback, taking customers’ pain points as the starting point for product iteration and technological breakthroughs. Ensure each new product accurately to solve user’s problems.

二、深化供应链协同管理：质量管控必须向前延伸至供应链源头。公司将继续与全球核心供应商凝聚共识，强化协同，共同致力于提升全价值链的稳健性和零部件的一致性。
Deepen Supply Chain Collaborative Management: Quality control must be extended upstream to the source of the supply chain. The company will continue to build consensus and strengthen collaboration with global core suppliers, jointly committed to enhancing the robustness of the entire value chain and the consistency of components.

三、实施生产全过程精细化管理：各生产车间必须坚持“严”字当头，推行精细化管理。具体措施包括：

1、推动技术人员下沉一线，对关键工序进行“紧盯、紧跟、紧抓”，防止生产过程波动。

2、严格执行产品技术标准，严密监控装配过程，并对历史质量问题“举一反三”，编制详实的作业指导书。

3、建立系统化质量评估与改进机制：定期召开产品质量专题会，对产品整机质量进行系统性评估，并将问题快速反馈至技术和配套部门，形成从问题发现到闭环改进的高效流程。
Implement Refined Management throughout the Entire Production Process: All production workshops must adhere to the principle of "strictness as the foundation" and promote refined management. Specific measures include:

1、Deploy technical personnel to frontline production , maintain "close monitoring, proactive follow-up, and strict oversight" of critical processes to prevent fluctuations in manufacturing operations.

2、Strictly implement product technical standards, closely monitor the assembly process, draw inferences from historical quality issues, and formulate detailed work instructions.

3、Establish a systematic quality evaluation and improvement mechanism: Convene regular special meetings on product quality to conduct systematic assessments of the overall product quality, and promptly feed back issues to the technical and supporting departments, forming an efficient process from problem identification to closed-loop improvement.
